Thematization in EPS
Expanded polystyrene (EPS) is a material that allows for countless projects, as it can be easily carved and, being lightweight, can be handled comfortably.
Ephemeral decorations, decorative pieces and sculptures, etc.
High-end decoration with countless possible finishes
Waterfalls and modular rocks and the creation of volumes
The use of expanded polystyrene in theming opens up a world of possibilities, as it allows you to carry out the work on-site or in your own workshop.
All kinds of decorations can be made, because it can be carved with the help of a CNC machine and any type of sculpture or piece can be made.
Furthermore, one of its great advantages is that it performs the function of an insulator , so it is possible to do work with a dual function (insulating and decorative ).
Currently, this type of work is in high demand , as it offers solutions for any type of decoration, such as reproducing antique sculptures, a modular waterfall, or decorative stone-effect cladding for interiors.
Thanks to our ESTonetex System, hyper-realistic reproductions can be made with ease.
The ESTonetex System is the only theming system on the market
The ESTonetex System has two thin-layer mortars specifically designed for working on EPS polystyrene: ESTonetex Forte, which is applied directly onto the carved EPS as a base for adhesion and a light finish, and ESTonetex Fibrax, a fiber-reinforced mortar that replaces the placement of mesh as an adhesion layer, speeding up the process on pieces of any density.
Both allow for lightweight cladding, rocks and waterfalls with EPS core, and sculpture and set design work with finishes resistant to handling between workshop and construction site.

Yes, it can be carved with CNC or hand tools to create sculptures, cladding, or volumes of any complexity.
Yes, it also acts as a thermal insulator, allowing for work with a dual function: decorative and insulating.
Sculptures and scenery, high-end decorative cladding and modular rocks or waterfalls.
Both options are possible: the work can be done on-site or prefabricated in a workshop for later installation.
