ESTECHA REPRODUCCIONES, SL is not required, pursuant to Article 37 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR), to appoint a Data Protection Officer, as it does not carry out processing that consists of the regular and systematic monitoring of data subjects on a large scale, nor large-scale processing of special categories of data. 3. Purpose and legal basis of the processing

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), we inform you that your personal contact data, provided by yourself or by the entity in which you provide your services, will be processed under the responsibility of ESTECHA REPRODUCCIONES, SL for the management of the requested services, to answer your queries and, if applicable, to send you commercial communications, as it is necessary for the contractual or pre-contractual relationship or based on our legitimate interest.

When the processing is derived from a purchase of materials, tools or machinery from the ESTonetex system, or from the contracting of a face-to-face or online training course, the legal basis will also be the execution of the sales contract or the provision of training services signed with the user.

Personal data will be kept for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and, where applicable, for the legally required periods to address any liabilities arising from the processing, after which it will be deleted or anonymized.
