·It allows for the reproduction in great detail of stones, rocks, wood, sculptures and all kinds of decorations in theme parks.

·20% reduction in CO2 emissions.

•High adhesion to EPS, XPS, mineral wool (MW) and support.

·Compressive strength ≥ 8,0 N/mm².

·Flexural tensile strength ≥ 2,0 N/mm².

• Tensile adhesion to concrete ≥ 8,0 N/mm².

•High deformability, absorbs differential stresses in the hardened state.

•High impact resistance and excellent workability.

·Waterproof to rainwater and permeable to water vapor.

·Available in black.

Knead with 7,25-8,25 liters of water per 25 kg bucket, manually or with an electric mixer, until you obtain a smooth, creamy paste without lumps. Let it rest for 5 minutes.

·Make small holes in the EPS or XPS for mechanical anchoring to improve adhesion.

·Spread with a spatula, trowel or spray gun, pressing the entire surface, with a thickness of 2 to 10 mm (up to 15 mm in volumetric applications).

·Place fiberglass mesh (145 or 160 gr/m²) in the first 2-5 mm of thickness to improve strength.

·The open time is approximately 30 minutes under normal conditions; it may be reduced with high temperatures or wind.

·While the mortar is still damp, sprinkle EST-Decor colored patinas to give greater realism to the theme.

·Do not apply below 5ºC or above 30ºC, or if there is a risk of frost, rain or strong winds.

·In hot weather (above 30ºC), protect with shade netting and moisten to control drying.

·Once dry, pigment with EST-Silcopin, EST-Monocrom or EST-Multipol and apply the EST-3 Plus mineral water repellent for greater protection.

The mortar comes in plastic buckets, weighing 25kg.

·It can be stored for up to 12 months in a place isolated from moisture, in its original packaging.

·Available in black.

·Each pallet contains 27 cubes (675kg).

Decorative plaster mortar, based on cement, selected aggregates and a large amount of water-repellent material, especially suitable for facades with a textured, scraped or troweled finish.

Available in white.

The ideal mortar for facade textures

TEXTUREST is the ideal solution for cladding brick, concrete block, or exposed concrete facades with a durable, single-layer finish. Its high water-repellent content and scraped or textured finish make it the perfect choice for long-lasting facade coatings. Ideal for large-scale projects such as resorts, developments, or villas.

·Mass colored single-layer plaster mortar, based on cement, selected aggregates and a large quantity of water-repellent material.

·Especially suitable for brick facades, concrete block, concrete and plaster in good condition.

·Scraped or textured finish.

·Thickness of 8 to 20 mm per layer; in successive layers, up to a total maximum of 30 mm.

·Compressive strength class CSII according to UNE-EN 998-1.

·Reaction to fire Euroclass A1.

·Capillary water absorption coefficient W2 (impermeable to rainwater).

•Reduced shrinkage (<0,9%), minimizing the appearance of cracks.

·Approximate yield of 1,5 kg/m² per mm of thickness.

·Available in white.

·Check that the joints between bricks are well filled to avoid excessive material consumption.

·On concrete or very smooth surfaces, pre-treat with EST-S Imprimer or EST-Silcopin to improve adhesion.

·It is always recommended to place fiberglass mesh, embedded in the first layer and covered with the same mortar.

·Mix with the indicated amount of water (21%), using a concrete mixer, by hand or with an electric mixer, until you obtain a homogeneous, lump-free and workable paste.

·If the application is mechanical, adjust the water/mortar ratio by trial and error according to the section and length of the hose.

·Apply in a single layer 8 to 20 mm thick; for greater thicknesses, apply in successive layers, leaving the surface of the first layer rough.

·The surface treatment (scraping) is carried out between 1,5 and 4 hours after application, depending on environmental conditions.

·On heterogeneous supports, embed fiberglass mesh in the first layer to minimize microcracks.

·Apply at temperatures between 5ºC and 35ºC, protecting the fresh mortar from frost and from setting too quickly.

•Ventilate indoor spaces after application until completely dry; do not apply in strong winds.

·Apply paints or finishing coatings only when the plaster is completely dry.

·Once finished, apply the EST-3 Plus mineral water repellent for greater protection.

·The mortar comes in a paper bag, weighing 25kg.

·It can be stored for up to 24 months in a place isolated from moisture, in its original packaging.

·Available in white.

·Each pallet contains 48 sacks (1.200kg).
