Terms and Conditions of Sale and Contract

2. Object
These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Contract govern the purchase, through the Site, of (a) materials, tools and machinery of the ESTonetex system, and (b) online training courses, both offered by ESTECHA REPRODUCCIONES, SL. Upon completion of the purchase or enrollment process, the user declares to have read and expressly accepted these conditions.
3. Recruitment process
The user selects the desired product or course, adds it to the cart or to the registration process, completes their billing and shipping information (if applicable), and proceeds to payment. Once payment is confirmed, ESTECHA REPRODUCCIONES, SL will send the user an order or registration confirmation via email, which will serve as acceptance of the contract.
4. Prices and taxes
Product and course prices are shown in euros and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), unless otherwise expressly stated. Shipping costs, where applicable, will be shown separately before purchase confirmation.
5. Payment methods
Payment can be made by credit or debit card through the secure payment gateway contracted by ESTECHA REPRODUCCIONES, SL, as well as through any other means that may be enabled on the Website. ESTECHA REPRODUCCIONES, SL does not store complete payment card details, which are managed directly by the payment gateway provider.
6. Delivery times
6.1. Materials, tools and machinery
The estimated delivery time will be indicated on the product page or in the order confirmation. The risk of loss or damage to the goods will pass to the user when they, or a third party designated by them, take physical possession of them.
6.2. Online training courses
Access to the course will be enabled, unless otherwise indicated, within a maximum of 48 business hours after confirmation of payment, using the access credentials to the personal area of the Site.
7. Right of withdrawal
7.1. Materials, tools and machinery
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), the user who has the legal status of consumer has a minimum legal period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the contract without need of justification, notifying in ** @ ******************* es.com or through the withdrawal form that will be provided for this purpose.
The direct costs and expenses of returning the product will, in any case, be borne by the user, who is expressly informed of this circumstance prior to contracting, in accordance with article 108.1 of the TRLGDCU.
7.2. Online training courses (digital content)
In accordance with Article 103(m) of the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium when performance has begun, with the user's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they are aware that, consequently, they lose their right of withdrawal. This consent and acknowledgment will be expressly obtained during the registration process.
8. Legal guarantees
The products sold by ESTECHA REPRODUCCIONES, SL are covered by the legal guarantees of conformity provided for in the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU). In the event of a lack of conformity, the user may request repair, replacement, a price reduction, or termination of the contract under the terms legally provided.
9. Claims
ESTECHA REPRODUCCIONES, SL has complaint forms available for users who qualify as consumers. Complaints may be sent to in ** @ ******************* es.com or to the registered office address indicated in section 1.
10. Alternative dispute resolution
The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution Platform ceased operations on July 20, 2025, following the entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, which repealed Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 that governed it. In the event of a dispute relating to a purchase made on the Site, users who qualify as consumers may contact the European Consumer Centre Network (ECC-Net) or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) entities accredited by the European Commission.
ESTECHA REPRODUCCIONES, SL is not affiliated with any Consumer Arbitration Board.
11. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Contract are governed by Spanish law.
