2. Object and scope of application

This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the Site, which is owned by ESTECHA REPRODUCCIONES, SL (hereinafter, "ESTECHA" or "the Company"), through which information is made available to the public about the ESTonetex theming and artificial rock system, its catalog of materials, tools and machinery, its face-to-face and online training services, and its international distribution network.

Access to the Site confers the status of user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions included in this Legal Notice, which may be modified. It is the user's responsibility to carefully read this Legal Notice each time they access the Site.

3. Conditions of access and use

4 Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source code, are the intellectual property of ESTECA or third parties who have duly authorized their inclusion on the Site, and none of the exploitation rights recognized by current regulations on intellectual and industrial property are transferred to the user.

The name "ESTonetex", as well as all other trademarks, trade names, logos or distinctive signs appearing on the Site, are owned by ESTECHA REPRODUCCIONES, SL or third-party licensors, and access to the Site or use of its content does not grant the user any rights thereto. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or total or partial transformation is expressly prohibited, except with the express written authorization of ESTECHA.

5. Exclusion of liability

ESTECHA does not guarantee the availability, continuity or infallibility of the operation of the Site and, to the extent permitted by law, excludes any liability for damages of any kind that may arise from:

• The existence of viruses, malicious programs or any other harmful element in the content.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed in all respects by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute that may arise from access to or use of the Site, when the user is a consumer, the courts of their domicile shall have jurisdiction; in all other cases, ESTECHA and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, submit to the Courts of Teruel.

9 Modifications

ESTECHA reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any modifications it deems appropriate to the Site, and may change, delete or add both the content and services provided through it, as well as the way in which these are presented or located.
